Product Quality Guarantee

At Vogreat, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring that each item meets our rigorous standards. If, however, a product does not meet these standards, we offer three solutions to promptly and efficiently resolve the issue for our valued customers.
 
Solution① Remanufacturing and free shipping.

If a product does not meet our quality standards, we will arrange for its remanufacturing at no additional cost to the customer. Once the product has been remanufactured to our satisfaction, we will ship it back to the customer free of charge.
Solution② Refund.

If the customer prefers not to wait for remanufacturing or if the product cannot be remanufactured to meet our standards, we offer a full refund. The customer can choose to receive the refund to their original payment method or as store credit, depending on their preference.
Solution③ Coupon as Compensation

As an additional gesture of goodwill, we offer the customer a coupon with a value equivalent to 1.2 times the amount of the refund under Solution 2. This coupon can be used towards future purchases on our website, giving the customer the opportunity to shop with us again at a discounted rate.
 
If any of the following defects are discovered upon receiving the product, Vogreat will classify it as an "initial defective product" and kindly request that you provide photos or videos documenting the defects within four weeks of delivery. This information is crucial for us to assess the issue and provide appropriate after-sales processing.

You have the option to choose from the three solutions we have outlined for addressing such issues: remanufacturing with free shipping, a refund, or a coupon with a value equivalent to 1.2 times the refund amount. We strive to make this process as seamless and satisfactory as possible for our valued customers.

It is important to note that if you fail to contact us within the specified four-week period after receiving the product, we will assume that any issues are due to normal wear and tear and will not be considered as quality issues. Therefore, we urge you to promptly inspect your product and contact us if any defects are found.

If, for any reason, our sales representative fails to provide you with the after-sales service that meets the standards outlined above, we encourage you to reach out to us through our social media account. After verifying the situation, we will offer an additional $5 coupon as a gesture of our sincere appreciation for your feedback and assistance in helping us improve our services.

Regarding the warranty coverage:

The warranty covers non-human-caused product breakage/cracking, and adhesive failure within 60 days. We will be responsible for the repair during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 
The following is not covered by the warranty:
  1. Compensation beyond the scope of the order and product price.
  2. Re-manufacturing with products or techniques different from the order before.
